1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RPEngine ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RPEngine provides a web-based management platform for roleplay gaming communities. Features include citizen databases, police CAD systems, department management, training modules, whitelisting, and Discord integration.

3. User Accounts

You must authenticate through Discord to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Community Owner Responsibilities

Community owners are responsible for all content and activity within their community. This includes member management, data accuracy, and compliance with applicable laws. RPEngine is not responsible for user-generated content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for illegal purposes; (b) harass, abuse, or harm others; (c) upload malicious code; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other communities' data; (e) interfere with the proper working of the Service.

6. Payment and Billing

Paid tiers are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for partial months. RPEngine reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. RPEngine may access your data for support purposes. Upon cancellation, your data may be retained for up to 90 days before permanent deletion.

8. Limitation of Liability

RPEngine is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service, including data loss or service interruptions.

9. Termination

RPEngine reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Community owners may delete their community at any time through the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
