Discord Account Information: When you log in, we receive your Discord username, Discord ID, and avatar from Discord's OAuth2 service.

Character Data: Information you provide about your roleplay characters, including names, addresses, occupations, and other profile details.

Community Data: Data generated through use of the platform, including CAD records (citations, arrests, warrants), training records, department memberships, and application history.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to: (a) provide and maintain the Service; (b) authenticate your identity via Discord; (c) display your characters and records within your community; (d) improve and develop new features.

3. Data Sharing

Your character data is visible to other members of your community as determined by your community owner's settings. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not share data between communities.

4. Data Storage and Security

Data is stored on secure servers with encryption at rest and in transit (SSL/TLS). We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

5. Discord Data

We access your Discord information solely for authentication and identification within the platform. We comply with Discord's API terms of service and developer policies.

6. Cookies

We use localStorage in your browser to store your authentication token and preferences. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

7. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If a community is deleted, its data may be retained for up to 90 days before permanent deletion. You may request data deletion by contacting us.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to: (a) access your personal data; (b) request correction of inaccurate data; (c) request deletion of your data; (d) withdraw consent at any time by discontinuing use of the Service.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for users aged 13 and above, in compliance with Discord's terms of service. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through the platform or Discord.
