RPEngine is a management platform for roleplay communities. It replaces the patchwork of Discord channels, Google Docs, and spreadsheets with one centralized system. Manage citizens, police CAD, departments, training, whitelisting, and more — all from one dashboard.
RPEngine is built for Emergency Response: Liberty County (ERLC) on Roblox, but it works with any roleplay community. Custom departments, ranks, and permissions mean you can adapt it to FiveM, other Roblox games, or any RP server.
The Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) system lets officers search characters by name, license plate, or driver license number. From search results, they can issue citations, log arrests, and create warrants — all in real time. Officers with proper permissions see active warrants and stolen vehicle flags.
Yes — completely. Create any department (LCPD, FHP, DOT, Fire, EMS) with custom names, short codes, and rank structures. Each rank has configurable permissions controlling exactly what members can do. Nothing is hardcoded.
Players apply to join whitelisted departments directly through RPEngine. They select their character, write their experience, and submit. Department heads review applications, accept or deny with notes, and accepted applicants are automatically assigned to the department at the lowest rank.
Yes. Members log in with Discord — no separate account needed. The RPEngine bot provides slash commands for CAD lookups, plate checks, character searches, and digital ID cards directly in your Discord server.
Yes. Community owners can enable multiple characters per user. Members switch between characters using the character bar. Each character has their own profile, vehicles, licenses, and records.
Not yet, but RPEngine works in any mobile browser. Officers can look up plates and check IDs from their phone during roleplay. A dedicated mobile app is on the roadmap.
We offer three tiers: Starter ($15/mo, up to 100 members), Professional ($35/mo, up to 500 members), and Enterprise ($75/mo, unlimited). All tiers include the core features. Higher tiers add training, whitelisting, Discord bot, custom fields, and priority support.
